Integrating a trigalight into a product is a precision operation. The light sources are small — some under a millimetre in diameter — and the tolerances required for correct installation are tight. Doing this well requires specialist equipment, decades of experience and a deep understanding of the technology. We have all three.

trigalight offers a complete assembly service for manufacturers who want to deliver a finished, trigalight-equipped product without building an in-house assembly capability. Whether you are integrating trigalight into a watch dial, a firearm sight, a tactical piece of equipment or an industrial instrument, we can perform the assembly for you — from a single prototype to full production volumes.

COMPONENT ASSEMBLY

YOUR TRIGALIGHT, INSTALLED.

The most direct form of our assembly service: we receive your components or sub-assemblies, install the trigalight to specification, and return them to you ready for your next production step. This covers the full range of integration types — adhesive-based installation, press-fit, snap-fit (RAI) and frame integration — across all product categories.

Applications we regularly assemble include watch dials and hands, iron sights and tactical inserts, safety markers, key fobs, instrument dials and custom safety products. If you manufacture a product and need trigalight in it, we can assemble it.

Watch & Jewellery

trigalight installation into watch dials, hands, bezels and indices. The most demanding assembly format in terms of dimensional precision — our automated pick-and-place machines operate within tolerances measured in micrometres. Assembly also available for UVlight jewellery elements and spectralight dial components.

Tactical & Safety

Insert installation into iron sight housings for pistols, rifles and tactical equipment. Red dot backup integration into frames and protective covers. Safety marker assembly. Knife, pepper spray and personal safety product integration. All tactical assembly performed to NUREG-compliant standards.

Industrial & Custom

Assembly for instrumentation, automotive, aerospace and aeronautical applications. Custom integration engineering for non-standard geometries. PICK-AND-PLACE DELIVERY

PRODUCTION-OPTIMISED LIGHT SOURCE DELIVERY.

For manufacturers with their own assembly capability — or those integrating trigalight using automated production equipment — we offer trigalight delivered in precision-organised pallets ready for automatic machine pick-and-place. Each pallet is loaded to your specification: light source type, orientation, spacing and quantity, organised for direct feed into your assembly line without any additional handling or sorting.

This format eliminates the process inefficiency of bulk loose-tube delivery and significantly reduces assembly line downtime associated with light source handling. It is the preferred delivery format for high-volume watch and tactical sight manufacturers.

Pallet Specification

Custom pallet layouts designed to your assembly machine's pick-and-place parameters. Light sources pre-oriented, pre-spaced and pre-counted. Formats available for standard robotic pick-and-place systems as well as manual assembly benches requiring organised feeds. Minimum quantities and lead times discussed at specification stage.

Quality

Every trigalight leaving our facility has passed optical and mechanical quality inspection and an individual leak test. Pick-and-place pallets are quality-checked at the pallet level in addition to per-unit checks. Traceability documentation available on request.

Integration Support

Our assembly team can advise on pick-and-place machine compatibility, pallet geometry optimisation and integration point preparation. If your assembly equipment requires a custom delivery format, we will develop it. The goal is that your line runs without interruption.
