Every trigalight product is the result of deep engineering — decades of accumulated expertise in microtechnology, chemistry, physics and precision manufacturing, condensed into components measured in fractions of a millimetre. Protecting that engineering is not a formality: it is part of the same commitment to quality that governs everything we produce.

Our patents cover the core innovations that make trigalight unique: the Super Powered coating process, the Full Polymer Insert construction, the Rapid Assembly Insert system, and the illumination of safety-critical mechanisms — among others. Each represents a genuine technical advance, developed in-house at our facility in Niederwangen and defended internationally.

The same rigour that drives our innovation governs our manufacturing. trigalight is produced under ISO 9001 certification, with every light source subjected to individual quality and leak testing before it leaves our facility. Our processes comply with all applicable regulatory standards — including NUREG — for tritium-containing products.
