RAI is the first series-ready insert which, thanks to its innovative anchoring, allows adhesive-free mounting in the sight. Designed with sustainability in mind, the RAI enables faster assembly, a reduction in production costs of up to 1/3 and allows clean removal for the recycling of tritium.

With the FPI the name says it all: The trigalight is fully protected by a temperature- and chemical-resistant polymer sleeve with integrated lens. Thanks to innovative design, housing, trigalight snap and lens are manufactured in a single process step and are firmly connected.

For situations with rapid change from a bright to a darker environment, the FPI and RAI with afterglow effect are the first choice. The phosphorescent additives in the day visibility ring charge with ambient light and provide additional brightness in the critical first seconds of target acquisition. While the afterglow gradually fades, you can continue to rely on the constant self-powered illumination technology of trigalight, which offers seamless visibility without interruption.

The tactical Insert protects the trigalight with an aluminium sleeve and a sapphire glass. Depending on the version, the sapphire protection glass is flush or protruding, so that the colour-painted sleeve shoulder provides better day visibility. With the tactical PRO Insert, a convex sapphire shape creates an additional lens function and thus meets the highest visual requirements. All versions are extremely robust while allowing quick assembly into iron sights.

As a special version of the tactical Insert, the trigalight is installed transversely to the axis direction - quasi lying. This compact design allows use at the smallest available heights and is also very popular in the watch industry. The housing made of aluminium or German silver and sapphire glass is available for example in sizes Ø2.0 x 1.6 mm, Ø2.7 x 2.0 mm or Ø3.6 x 3.8 mm.

The NGI combines the advantages of the stable sapphire glass with a coloured polymer housing, which also serves as day visibility ring. The trigalight is protected in a temperature- and solvent-resistant polymer sleeve, which in turn is glued into the metal sight.

The ECO Insert lives up to its name — a cost-effective design built around a thermoformed polymer housing that encases the trigalight while doubling as the daylight ring. Once mounted into the metal sight housing, the lens is manually formed in a separate step, allowing for greater design flexibility.

The LYNX combines proven trigalight self-luminous technology with a light guide for outstanding daylight visibility. The light guide captures ambient light and channels it toward its ends, creating a glowing front ring. The trigalight embedded within the light guide illuminates as a point source at night, ensuring perfect night visibility.
