We offer finest lighting solutions for applications in the tactical and the security industries. Luminescence, with no external energy source, is guaranteed for decades. In addition to the preferred colour green, and depending on the application, we offer our trigalight in different colours, shapes, sizes and as prefabricated robust assemblies for direct installation. Green is the colour perceived brightest by the human eye.

trigalight® supplies firearms manufacturers, sight manufacturers and tactical equipment producers exclusively on a B2B basis. We do not sell to shooters, dealers or end users. Every insert and light source we produce is engineered to the tolerances of a specific sight housing, a specific firearm platform and a specific application requirement.

We support tactical partners from the earliest design phase: defining insert format and dimensions, advising on NUREG regulatory compliance, producing evaluation samples and validating performance under the shock, temperature and chemical resistance conditions your product demands. For established sight manufacturers, we offer direct volume supply in any of our standard insert formats — Tactical, NGI, FPI, RAI, ECO — or develop a custom format where standard geometry does not apply. Full regulatory documentation, test reports and traceability records are provided as standard.

With Tactical Inserts, the trigalight is protected in an aluminium sleeve with flush sapphire glass. This robust insert design allows quick direct assembly into iron sights. The sapphire protection glass is also available in a protruding form so that the sleeve shoulder can be painted with colour for perfect day visibility. For the Tactical PRO Inserts, the aluminium design is finished with convex sapphire glass, which makes the luminous dot appear brighter and ensures a perfect view.

With the NGI (Next Generation Inserts), the trigalight is installed in a temperature- and solvent-resistant polymer sleeve protected by sapphire glass. The colouring of the sleeve appears as a ring when installed and offers excellent visibility during the day. This robust insert design allows quick direct assembly into iron sights.

With the FPI (Full Polymer Insert), the name says it all: the trigalight is completely protected by a temperature and chemical resistant polymer sleeve complete with an integrated lens.

This innovative new version features a day ring that incorporates a high-performance phosphorescent compound. This material charges with ambient light and then emits a temporary glow in low-light conditions. This means that when you move rapidly from a bright environment into a darker one, the FPI with Afterglow provides an initial burst of brightness, ensuring optimal sight picture acquisition during those critical first seconds. As the afterglow subtly fades, you can continue to rely on the consistent, self-powered illumination of the trigalight, offering seamless visibility without interruption.

The RAI (Rapid Assembly Insert) redefines convenience with its innovative adhesive-free assembly, making installation and replacement faster and more secure than ever before. Designed with sustainability in mind, this insert combines ease of use with exceptional performance.

With the ECO inserts, the trigalight is encased in a thermoformed polymer sleeve. This robust insert design allows quick direct assembly into iron sights. The polymer sleeve is available in various colours. The colouring of the sleeve appears as a ring when installed and offers excellent visibility during the day.

With the Lynx we combine our proven trigalight self-powered illumination technology with a light pipe for excellent day visibility. The light pipe absorbs the surrounding available light and concentrates it at the ends, giving an illuminated front ring. The trigalight installed inside the light pipe glows at night as a light point, thus ensuring perfect night vision.
