Integrating a trigalight into a product is a precision operation. The light sources are small — some under a millimetre in diameter — and the tolerances required for correct installation are tight. Doing this well requires specialist equipment, decades of experience and a deep understanding of the technology. We have all three.
trigalight offers a complete assembly service for manufacturers who want to deliver a finished, trigalight-equipped product without building an in-house assembly capability. Whether you are integrating trigalight into a watch dial, a firearm sight, a tactical piece of equipment or an industrial instrument, we can perform the assembly for you — from a single prototype to full production volumes.
We can work on your components, your sub-assemblies, or your finished products. We can deliver assembled items back to you, or prepare production-optimised delivery formats — including precision pallets organised for automatic machine pick-and-place — for your own downstream assembly. The scope of our involvement is defined by what you need.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Before a trigalight integration enters production, it needs to be right. That means the right light source format, the right integration point, the right assembly method — and evidence that it performs as expected under the conditions your product will face. Our R&D team does this work for you.
We can test whether a proposed integration is feasible, model alternative approaches, produce engineering prototypes for evaluation, and iterate until the solution is correct. We have the testing infrastructure, the physics and chemistry expertise, and the production knowledge to move quickly from question to answer.
Feasibility & Concept
We assess whether your integration concept is viable: dimensions, activity levels, regulatory constraints, assembly method and performance expectations are all evaluated at concept stage. If the first approach does not work, we develop alternatives. You receive an honest assessment and a recommended path forward before any significant investment is made.
Prototype & Testing
We produce functional prototypes of trigalight-integrated components for evaluation and testing. Optical performance testing, mechanical stress testing (shock, vibration, temperature cycling), chemical resistance and NUREG compliance testing can all be performed in-house. Test reports and technical documentation provided.
3D & Engineering
Our engineering team can work in 3D to design or optimise integration geometries — housing cavities, insert tolerances, assembly jig designs and production tooling. We can also review and provide feedback on your own engineering drawings before production tooling is committed. Full 3D collaboration available for complex integration projects.

A trigalight integration project involves multiple workstreams running simultaneously: engineering, prototyping, regulatory compliance, supply planning and production preparation. Managing these without a dedicated PM capability leads to delays, miscommunication and cost overruns.
We provide a dedicated project manager for every significant integration project — a single point of contact who coordinates all internal trigalight workstreams, communicates progress clearly, flags issues early and keeps the project on track to your production timeline. You do not need to manage us; we manage ourselves and report to you.
Timeline & Milestones
From project kick-off to production launch, we define milestones, track progress and manage dependencies across the full development timeline. Regular status reporting in your preferred format. Clear escalation paths if milestones are at risk. Production launch readiness confirmed before any production commitment is made.

We provide full regulatory consulting for your market — whether you are launching in Europe, North America, Asia or elsewhere — and support you through the approval and documentation process.
Tritium Services
Beyond integration: we offer tritium recycling for end-of-life products (including RAI-based sight recycling), tritium procurement consulting, and — for manufacturers without a US import licence for tritium-containing products — we can import the finished product on your behalf and resell it to you within the US regulatory framework.
